Thermal Control and Radiation

The present volume, with its limited scope, but concentrated coverage of thermal control and radiation is in a true sense a progress volume that illustrates the most recent advances. The papers were selected from the AIAA 10th Aerospace Sciences Meeting in San Diego, California, in January 1972 and the AIAA 7th Thermophysics Conference in San Antonio, Texas, in April 1972. They are grouped into four sections, each of which is a distinct and coherent unit : heat pipes, thermal control, gaseous radiation, and surface radiation.
